Every piece on this site is made after you order it, in one workshop in Salisbury, North Carolina. No warehouse, no drop-shipping, and nobody else touching it in between.
If you want something the sizes above do not cover, we quote it honestly before you pay anything.
Before you order
How long will it take to arrive?
Five to seven business days in the workshop, then two to five in transit. Customized pieces start that clock when you approve the proof, not when you order. Holiday and ornament orders should be placed by 30 November.
Can I have a name or a date added?
Yes, and it is included rather than charged as an extra. Add the exact wording in the Order notes box at checkout. Check it on the proof — we engrave what you approve, spelling and all.
What if I need a size that is not listed?
We make it. Ask for a quote with the size you need and you will have a real price and a real date within two business days, before you pay anything.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photograph within seven days and we remake it or refund it in full. Every order ships insured, so you do not have to argue with a carrier on our behalf. The full policy is on Shipping & returns.
