Before you ask
What does a custom piece cost?
Custom work is priced on size, how many layers it needs and how much cleanup the artwork takes. Most one-off commissions land between $45 and $180; bulk work is quoted per piece. You get the real number before you pay anything.
How long does it take?
A quote within two business days. After you approve the proof, most commissions leave the workshop in five to seven days and ship insured. Holiday orders should be placed by 30 November.
What should I send you?
Whatever you have: a photograph, a sketch on a napkin, a logo file, or just a description. Contrast and depth matter more than file size. If your file will not engrave well we say so before you pay, and we tell you what to send instead.
Do I see it before it is cut?
Always. We send a layout proof showing exactly what will be engraved, and nothing is cut until you approve it. Changes at the proof stage cost nothing.
